In Home Childcare
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Skills4Care partnered with Pacific Gateway Workforce Innovation Network and the City of Long Beach to develop an online platform for in-home childcare - CalFLEXI.

Skills4Care offers experienced, vetted and Covid-19 instructed childcare providers on the CalFLEXI platform to provide in-home childcare to families with children as well as education support assistance to youth enrolled in online schooling or distance learning.
Options for Help at Home
Child Care Provider
Qualified child care for parents and families who need supervision for their children while away or unable to attend to them at home.
Education Support Provider
In-home support for youth enrolled in online schooling or distance education to be successful managing virtual classes and school work from home.
Flexible Support
Skills4Care works to ensure the best possible match for each family's childcare needs. Each provider on the platform has a viewable profile to registered families and is instructed in Covid-19 avoidance. In the safety of their own homes, families can select experienced Childcare Providers or Education Support Providers for the continuity of their child's education.
